Legal Defense Fund (LDF)
Prior to using an attorney for discipline proceeding, you must first obtain and LDF number. Contact LDF and provide them with the nature of your investigation. LDF will then provide you with a case number. Contact one of the PSPOA Attorneys for representation and provide them with the LDF number prior to discussing your case.
